How they are made
The process to create these boxers is very long and we make in house, this allows us maximum quality control. The pattern is developed on CAD (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to ensure a great fit; Finally the garment is assembled with extreme care and precision. the use of the computer let’s us have the utmost accuracy in shaping and size developing; using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke boxers on clients request. The elastic in the waistband is entirely covered by the fabric, making it hypoallergenic; in addition it is sewn to stop rotation during washing; all the stitching is made in cotton to help avoid irritation.
Charateristics of boxers made in a cotton fabric
These boxers are loose fitting, the cut of the leg is very wide and comfortable, consequently they are ideal to those who don’t like constrictions. Side splits provide great flexibility; the Boxer design is the most breathable of all the styles of underwear; due to these qualities, this garment is perfect in summer and also to sleep in. This product is very light due to the fabric choice; in addition the front fly is open and secured by 3 buttons.
The colour of boxers
These boxers are coloured using a coloured thread, so the fabric is already coloured and no dyeing is necessary; brightness, deep tone and a resistence to fading the benefits of this process. This fabric is mercerized, first as thread and then again as fabric, then the sanforization process helps to ensure maximum stability, brightness and freshness.
Each garment is individually hand made with maxium attention to detail.
