Crew neck long sleeves made in an Interlock Merino wool and silk fabric. One of the heaviest fabrics available ideal to create products to protect you against cold winters.
How it’s made
The production process for this article is very long and everything is made in house, to allow us to maximise quality control. The pattern is developed on CAD (Computer Aided Design) and all the pieces are optimized to obtain a perfect fit; after the garment is assembled with great care and precision. Using the computer provides utmost accuracy in the shaping and in the size developing; using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we can realize bespoke garments on clients request.
Charateristics of crew neck long sleeves
This garment has a perfect crew neck that is very comfortable also invisible when worn under a shirt and tie; the long sleeves provide great protection against the cold. The main qualities of this garment are its warmth, softness, thickness and excellent hygroscopicity, the ability to absorb perspiration. Wool and silk is a very soft and warm fabric, we add silk to stabilise and make the final garment more durable; consequently, these charateristics, make this heavy and soft fabric ideal for underwear with a perfect fit and no constrictions. The fabric together with the very comfortable cut, makes this garment, perfect in cold winters.
In addition, in order to make our items even more comfortable, we produce them without any side seams; for this reason, we need circular machines with different diameters, hence, we have one machine for each size. This t – shirt is perfect after washing, because the silk added to the wool brings stability, softness and prevents felting.

We do not colour this fabric because the dyeing process would decrease the fiber’s natural softness.
