Longjohns cashmere – art. CM 798
Longjohns made in a ribbed cashmere and silk fabric with a fixed elasticated waistband and a bottom leg border which guarantees the legs do not ride up. Two Luxurious top quality fibers combined to give you a most prestigious garment.
How it’s made
The production process for this article is very long and complicated; we make everything in house, to enable us to maximise quality control. The pattern is developed on CAD (Computer Aided Design) and the pieces are optimized to guarantee a perfect fit. Finally the garment is assembled with maximum care and precision. The use of the computer allows us to have the utmost accuracy in the shaping and size developing; using this system we don’t have any size limits, so we are able to realize bespoke garments on clients request.
Charateristics of lonjohns made in cashmere and silk
This garment has a perfect fit and it is very comfortable also invisible when worn under trousers. The main qualities of this garment are its extreme warmth, softness and excellent hygroscopicity, the capacity to absorb perspiration. Cashmere is the most luxurious and warm fiber, we add silk to stabilise and this combination makes the final product even more durable. Consequently, these charateristics, make this very light fabric ideal for luxury underwear with a perfect fit and no constrictions; the fabric together with the very comfortable cut, makes this product ideal in cold winters. This garment is perfect after washing, because the silk added to the cashmere brings stability, softness and prevents felting.
The colour
We do not colour this fabric because the dyeing process would decrease the fibers’ natural softness.
