Pyjamas – a V neck short sleeved top with short trousers made in an 100% Egyptian cotton jersey fabric.
How it’s made
The production process for this article is very complicated and everything is made in house, allowing us to maximise quality control. The pattern is developed on CAD (Computer Aided Design) and the pieces optimized to guarantee a perfect fit; then the article is assembled with maximum care and precision. Using the computer provides utmost precision in the shaping and in the size developing; furthermore using this system we don’t have any limits, so we can realize bespoke garments on clients requests. This garment has a very comfortable V neck that makes for easy dressing and gives a touch of style; the design of this product is very particular, a bit of sofistication with a comfortable fit.
Charateristics of pyjamas V neck
The main charateristics of this garment are extreme freshness and an excellent hygroscopicity, to absorb perspiration. The fabric together with the very comfortable cut, loose fitting trousers and top, makes this product ideal in the summer months. This garment is perfect after washing, due to the accuracy on production, the mercerizing treatment, and the long rest period of the fabric.
The colour
This garment is made with fabric which uses a coloured a thread, so the fabric is made already coloured and no dyeing is necessary; the results of this process are brightness, deep tone and a resistence to fading. This fabric is double mercerized, first as thread and then again as fabric, to guarantee maximum brightness and freshness.
