How’s the Sleeveless Crew Neck made?
The process to produce this sleeveless crew neck is very long and complicated; we make this garment completely in house. Consequently we can control the quality of the garment. Once the pattern is made using the CAD , all the parts are checked to ensure the right shape and a perfect fit. All the seams are made with great attention to placement and detail, consequently the comfort level of this garment is very high. The use of CAD give us the ability to create bespoke garments to meet all the clients size requirements. This model has a classic shape with a wide shoulder seam to provide great fit and it is invisible when worn under shirts.
The charateristics of our wool and cotton sleeveless crew neck
This Wool and cotton fabric is made of two layers; the wool on the outside and the cotton on the inside; this structure helps prevent problems with irritation on very sensitive skin, in addiction another important charateristic of this fabric is its ability to help in avoiding allergies. furthermore this fabric has a great insulation providing extreme warmth against the cold and has the capacity to absorb perspiration.
Equally important, our garments are produced without side seams which makes them even more comfortable; in the production of this complicated fabric, we use speciality machines which are able to produce to two fabrics at the same time. For this reason, we use circular machines with different size diameters, each machine produces a different size fabric. This sleeveless crew neck is perfect after washing, because the cotton joined to the wool brings stability, softness and prevents felting.
Last but not least we don’t colour this fabric because the dyeing process would decrease the natural softness of the fibers .
